Gents, I was curious as I only have a rotary buffer. Can I use a paint cleaner and Autoglym's SRP by rotary? I normally use them with a German applicator, but I'm looking to do the whole car as it's actually not supposed to rain for once in my corner of England tomorrow? I can use them by hand, but I'm looking to not kill myself and save some time if possible. I know how to use these products with a DA, unfortunately, I don't have one at the moment. I shipped it off to my dad so he could clean up a recent used car purchase.
I would think that if I went with a light polishing pad or a finishing pad at low speed they would be fine. Maybe cleaner with a white pad and SRP with a black pad followed up by my wax off of the soft side of a German applicator? Do you guys have any ideas on this? FWIW, I'm going to use Mother's step 1 paint cleaner since I have it left unopened from the days before I had a machine.
Also, I wouldn't be offended if this thread were used by others for their similar queries for rotary suitability.
Thanks in advance.
