Can I Apply ZCS/Z8 Over A Fresh Layer Of Z2/Z5?

IMO, it is always best to allow a product (wax or sealant) to fully cure before topping it. This will give you better results. I would wait at least 2 hours before applying Z8, but 6 would be best. It will be worth the wait, Z8 rocks.

The ZCS can be applied right after. (I wait 30-60 minutes after the Z2/Z5 was removed). The Z-8 should wait until the ZCS has had a few hours to cure. I've put Z-8 on after only waiting 1 hour and only had a problem when I also had 3 layers of Z2/Z5 freshly applied underneath the ZCS. That is the only time I've had streaking problems with Z-8. Probably too much polymer for 1 day. If it streaks then mist a MF with Z-6 and wipe it off.
