Can anyone tell what this could be on my Jeep wheel

Not a scratch,looks like a dry white paint,that was sprayed on the wheel,it's almost in the middle so I don't what could be ? Sorry for the bad pictures I was using a camera phone.

The pictures aren't working... if it is paint try some clay or a mild polish to get it off.

I can see the pics from my end.No it is not painting... looks like painting,I've clayed and MPPC,but still not doing nothing.

Looks like curb rash in those pics... Maybe some flaky clear.

That looks like staining & clear failure to me.

Did you use a chemical cleaner on hot rims or let a chemical dwell in full sun?

Feels exactly like dry gum stuck to it,curb rash wouldn't look like that,I think...

Search google for "wheel repair" there are alot of places popping up that repair problems like yours.
