Can A PC fix this?

Here are some pics of my friend's car. My friend wants to know if I can somehow "fix" his paint to look better, if not perfect. So is it possible for a PC to fix this? If so, what would I need to use? Another "noob" question, is this oxidation?

You're friend should feel lucky...with a car that has clearcoat failure..it actually doesnt look that bad. No tar or anything...or did this piece of tar fall off it when moving it for pictures :chuckle:

All kidding aside, if your friend is serious about getting it looking better...I would get it re-painted...even a simple Maaco job would make it look 100 times better, looks like a pretty cool car. In the picture above, the passenger door doesnt look bad at all, weird how clearcoat failure appears in all different places leaving some panels perfectly fine....

Autopians: Was this due to an improper detailer burning through too much clear and eventually turning into cleacoat failure or just aging without proper care? Just wondering because in some of the pictures it actually looks like you can see the trail of where a machine went
