California Duster used on Zaino'd car

Will this duster scratch my coats of Zaino or wax?

What are your thoughts of doing a quick dust removal swipe with the California Duster to move off the light surface dirt & sand sitting on the car. Then follow with Z6 QD or another good Quick Detailer and wipe with a MF or 100% cotton towel.



p.s.- I have an all black car with clearcoat if that makes a differnece.

Paint type and products used on it don't matter with the CCD - it just has to be used properly, and most people like the CCD. Do a search for Carguy's methodical tests on the CCD to help put your mind at ease. :)
 
CCD's are good for a daily driver car that had a full wash

1 - 3 days earlier. Woudn't go to much longer than that.



Would probably do at least a bucket wash from days 3 - 7.



Garage queen much longer.



Note " Don't CCD in the hot sun as the parrafin wax on

the CCD will produce micro streaks.
