I am going to detail an SRX. Does this model have a special type of paint or is it similar to other GM models?

I would imagine it's a standard BC/CC like most other GM models. To be absolutley sure, check with a body shop, the dealership, or you might could try paintscratch.com (although they are not correct 100% of the time). Good luck.
