Caddy and Lincoln.....Detailed

Tex Star Detail

Formerly TexasTB
Just a few pics. Nothing fancy. I tend to forget about taking pics when I am done and along the way. Have been on time crunch details, so every minute counts.

Nice work.
Nice mobile set up too.
Do you have to use a seperate pump to get water to your pressure washer?
Once again nice Caddy.

Nope. I have my tank set up 6 inches from the trailer floor. Gravity feed. The washer pulls the water to it.

Thanks for the compliments.

Glad to see you back in the action. What heel mark?? Interiors look great. I have a Silverado that is going to need some work come October.

I guess I missed the thread that showed the graphics on your trailer. Looks nice from what shows on the pictures in this thread.

Gotta love it... works every time! :howdy

Did you follow it up with any metal polish, or did you just leave it with what the wool gave you?

I left it as is. I had no polish on me at the time that would stand up to the heat. Was very slick with no scratches. Seemed fine and his wife loved it. They drove it from there, right into their garage. LOL

Thanks for the compliment. It feels good to be back in action..LOL
I am sore though.

Another thing. Since I took these details, the boss was not too happy. Let's just say they have a new Porter working there now.
It is like I had to choose between 1. Stay there with a gauranteed check, crappy pay, and fall behind more, or 2. take these details, make more in one day than all week at the job, and take a risk of a dead spot again. I was pushing 425 every 2 weeks there....hahaha It was something for the moment to help out, I do have to say that. But working there forever was out. I had to take the opportunity to feed my family.
I guess it will be a rocky road for a bit again, but it will work fine.

Now I am embarrassed. I even posted on that thread. I have an excuse. I am an old dirt head.:D

Thanks, Chris!!

Chris, You have me grinning ear to ear. Excellent job on all. The details are top notch. What did you use to extract?

Great Job!!

Thanks Greg.
After I vac'd, I used Folex. Mist, dwell for a few minutes, and rub with a terry towel. A few, I used APC. Nothing too hard to get out.
