This detail was a very exciting detail
. Here is the story behind this project. A company called Beeds located in Singapore. Correct me if I am wrong? Had contacted me about a C7 that was in need of their Beeds ceramic paint treatment. They had supplied me the product and had asked me to take a ride to NYC to install the ceramic paint treatment on this brilliant C7. I was honored and humbled that such a company had taken notice in my business and most importantly my passion
.
I will give a little write up of the Beeds Pro X application and my process. It was a cold 25 degree NYC winter day. So that must be taken with a grain of salt. The application was applied using their supplied applicator. I applied a pea sized dot in the middle of the applicator and lightly spread. Using a back and forth motion I gently worked a 1 foot section at a time. Let sit for 1 minute mainly due to the extreme weather condition. Can sit a tad longer. I than buffed off. Removal took a little effort but that is normal due to the very cold weather. I was actually very impressed with their product
I prepped the car with spray and wipe. The paint is recommended to be stripped of all wax prior to Beeds installation. So I used Poorboys Pro Polish gently by hand. The pro polish did an amazing job of removing any wax build up and also removing some dealer induced light swirls. I followed with an ipa wipe down and the process begins....
