Buying a power washer?

Thinking of buying a power washer spray . I was looking at a cheap one something around $100 with 1300 psi coleman electric spray washer. What should i do?

Is it just for around the house?



If it's for every day use dont throw your money away. Buy a good Honda unit.

I have to agree with Ron. If you plan to use it very regularly, you need one for commercial applications.

No just around the house and car once in awhile.

I was thinking of buying one similarly. (electric, 1400-1700psi) All I was going to use it for mainly was:



- wash undercarriage, and wheelwells occassionally when I want to detail them (something that wouldn't happen during every car wash)



- wash down driveway and/or garage pad occasionally.

From what I have heard the cheaper electric units are Ok but dont last very long.



FWIW, wife gave me an Excell 2500 PSI from Home Depot and it was "cheap" (plastic hose, cheap wand, etc...)



I returned it and kicked in a few extra dollars to step up to a 2600PSI Honda unit...The thing rocks...I use it on wheels, tires, the garage, driveway, pool deck and it is a plaeasure to use.



You may want to spend a couple of extra bucks now and get a good one that will last you
