Buying a Makita tomorrow

Oh dear :( that doesn't bode too well then, so what are you using now on your Makita then ? I am waiting for Mark to get back to me regarding the backing pads.

lol youre right" there not the same I had a look hours ago then posted with out re-checking the pictures just dug the Invoice out mine are SM, I have a 125mm & 150mm I do a fair bit of business with meguairs & the only thing I Can remember is there was only one customer other than me that had purchased these backing plates in the UK at the time I know they only took a couple of days to come & were sent from there UK head quaters! there not even listed in there pro catalogue but there 100% meguiars & simlar to the DA backing plate they do for the PC other than the thread & the depth of the plate If you want the w-65 w-64 I can get them, I'm only trying to help

Well, I am just getting changed (just finished work for the day) and am heading off to the shop ... money in hand so to speak!



EDIT:: Shop didn't have one in stock, so I dashed back and ordered one from screwfix, added 4.00UKP to the order for Saturday delivery, so should be with me tomorrow.
