I have to agree with Cheapshoot I have more than I can handle with just word of mouth and referals. I offer lower end daily washes and stuff but have never done one. Everyone wants the full detail. The good thing about word of mouth you don't get any raised eyebrows on pricing because they already know ahead of time what it cost. Maybe it is because of the area I am in doesn't have much competition but word of mouth is a little slow to take off but once it does I wouldn't think you'd need much else.
