Recently I got a new customer with the following cars:

2005 Porsche Carrera GT

2005 Bentley Arnage

2005 Aston Martin V12 Vanquish S

2006 Mercedes-Benz S-Class S55 AMG Sedan

Since he is such a high profile client I was asked not to take any photos. I have washed and did a two step polish/wax on all these cars. I would love to take a photo with my truck/trailer in the background of all these cars. Hopefully in the future he will allow me to take some pics, but now I just get to clean and admire them. Anybody else run into this problem? The other problem I have is with drooling to much while working on these cars.

Sorry I have not posted in a long time, but business has been good and I am kept busy for now. Things are starting to slow down, so now is the time to pick it up a step.

Cheers

Rick

Hey Rick :wavey I saw you the other day at Legacy and 121 (I have a customer in Frisco), when did you get the F-250? BTW, Barry at Wash Solutions says "hi".

I haven't run into that problem-the last Supra and Carrera I did the owners were out taking pics along with me! I have actually had customers call me a few weeks after their detail and ask when their car will be on my website!

Maybe if you assure him that the licence plates will be blurred and that you will use angles that do not show off enough background that someone will be able to recognize the area will make him relent.

Nice selection of cars! :)

Thanks Scott,

I had enough of refueling my F150 every two days. I am leasing the 2500 (it only cost me $4 more a month than the F150) and I fuel up only once a week. I think the customer will change his mind after I service them a while. I have a 46ft yacht next week. Glad you saw Barry. I have been wanting to get over there for some supplies, but too busy. So you have a customer in this area which takes a little traveling time. Don't you love 121?

I am taking the next 4 days off - going to the Nascar races for the weekend. We really should get a Autopia day in Dallas. Maybe we could get something going since we are heading into the fall.
