My business is picking up after 2 weeks in business. I already have 3 regulars weekly and 2 biweekly. I'm looking for ways to collect customers information to send specials and such not. Maybe even a little reminder. How would you guys suggest collecting information from the customers such as

Name
Number
Address
Email
Etc.

I always have them write down their info on a piece of paper. Name, address, and phone number.

Glad to see business is good for you. I am working on my second week with nothing.................................
 
The vehicle registration! If your too bashful to ask and make a proper receipt fro service.

Start tracking them in Outlook at a minimum. Later call me and ill show you how to use Act, Goldmine, or create an Access database. CRM baby.
