Bugs on white bumper?

After detailing my car the other weekend there are some black spots like old bugs or other contaminents on the front bumper. Mothers clay did not remove them, neither did AIO. Any ideas on a better approach/product to remove these things? Thanks!

Clay and Klasse didn't work? Could they be chips in the paint?

It could be tar. I have used WD-40 on tar spots with good results. Spray it, give it 30sec. to dwell, and gently wipe off. Afterwords, reapply your K.

Thanks! I'll try the WD-40 and see if that takes them off.
