If the car isn't dirty enough to need a real wash but has these problems what are you guys who only do rinseless doing when a the car has bugs, tar or sap? Just a pre-treat spray and/or hitting each spot with remover before doing the rinseless wash?

That's what I do -- just hit the bugs, tar etc with a pre cleaner. I use Duragloss Bug and Tar Remover 471 as it doesn't seem to remove my LSP.

I pretreat the front bumper, mirrors, lower panels, rear hatch, and wheels with b&t remover and mist over on top with ONR diluted in sprayer if I'm not pressure washing before. Otherwise, I will just use b&g remover as my prewash, and go to work with ONR wash.

The 1Z Anti-Inzekt stuff is also supposed to be LSP-friendly. Worked OK for me, at least it didn't kill fresh M16, and it did help get the bugs off (with a *little* help from Sonus SFX clay). But I bet anything from 1Z is more pricey than stuff from DuraGloss..
