Buff and shine pads

I was looking at these pads on topoftheline.com. They seem like they are a couple bucks cheaper than the LC pads. Has anyone used these pads. Oir should I just stick to the ones on autopia that are 39.99 for the 5" flexiable backing and a orange,white and grey pad.
 
I do have one, I guess its polishing, got it locally, is much thicker than the LCs, I think the quality isn't close to the LC. The foam is LC uses is supposed to be premium.
 
Actually that is funny I was just looking at those and they are Lake Country pads. Arent those the same thing you get at CMA??

They are much more affordable at topoftheline.
 
Lake Country as I understand are great pads. I have used the CMA repackaged for two years and have been very happy. Topoftheline is very affordable as well, much more so than CMA or Autopias store. I am glad that I discovered that web page!
 
only bad thing is that they dont have any packages. I want to get a 5" flexable backplate. Autopia is the onle one so far I have found that has that kit. I wonder if they are LC pads?
 
CMA,TOL and Detailers Paradise are all LC pads. BTW, give PakShak a PM about LC pads, nice Autopia discount prices and one of the finest detailing supply vendors to do biz with on Earth!
 
I got the same pads and flex plate from the autopia store that your talking about(LC VC Orange pad,White pad).The orange and white pads cracked around the velcro.Since I hardly got any use out of them David replaced them with the new Sonus pads(V2.0).And just from looking at them they look like a better pad as the velcro extends out beyond the 5" flex plate.
 
That's a good idea but it's to late for my white pads.There cracked almost through the pad and wobble like crazy and I don't dare use them.
 
I emailed pak and I dunno if he gave me a discount or not I told him I was autopia but his pads were 9.25 for 4. I wen to top of the line and they were like 6.25 so I ordered from them.:nixweiss
 
I just got in a couple of the black buff and shine polishing pads from tol. I haven't even used them yet but my first impression is that they are very nice for the money. They are very soft, but thick so I should be able to variate my cutting power by using pressure on the PC. The velcro also goes all the way to the edge so the backing plate cutting into the pad shouldn't be a problem. I can't comment on durability but initially I like them a lot.

You won't be disappointed they make the best pads on the market.
 
I hype their stuff because it really is the best. I also post about all other kinds of stuff too not just pads. I admit, I didn't notice how old this post was when i saw it or I wouldn't have bothered. I do apologize for that.

Sorry dude, Buff N Shine are only the best in your opinion.
