Branding takes a lot of time and commitment. There's several ways to do it, but a lot of it is direct material advertising. T-shirts, jackets, pens, pencils, magnets, stickers, notepads, neck lanyards, keychains, travel mugs, license plate frames, blah blah blah, all bearing your company's name and logo. Newspaper ads featuring a large print of your company's name and logo. Radio ads that mention your company's name frequently during the ad. You get the idea, but trust me though, it gets expensive... very quickly...
my day job is working in advertising-their we would charge you anywhere from $20k+ for a complete marketing roll out-and that's on the low side not including ad fees the pubs charge.
