205 and HD Polish really aren't going to remove any real defects. They're for light swirls, marring from previous polishing steps, and adding gloss to the paint. It's really hard to hurt the paint with a dual action polisher like the Porter Cable 7424xp. Then again, if the Honda paint is soft you can probably get away with those lighter duty polishes and just hit each panel a couple times for the desired result.
Here's another vote for Opti-Coat 2.0. Just make sure the paint is perfect before you apply it because once it's on, it's not coming off without a fight. Also, buy CarPro's Eraser, do an IPA wipe down, or wash the car again with Dawn prior to applying OC 2.0. You'll want the paint free from polishing oils.
