Brake Dust Repellent and wheel sealant

About ten days ago I gave my wheels a good cleaning to get them ready for the arrival of my PB Wheel Sealant. In the mean time I had a bottle of Michelin's Brake Dust Repellent and decide to give it a try. This stuff is great, since using it I've driven about 250 miles and there is virtually no brake dust on my wheels (will try and get some pic's tomorrow). My question is can I use the Michelin on top of the wheel wax or will it just remove it?

I'm certainly not knocking a product that is getting good reviews but, after a quick 'go-over' of the MSDS for the Michelin product, I was a bit reluctant to try it. It seems that a good majority of the product is 'solvent' based and thus, I was worried about it affecting the longevity of my sealants on my wheels.

Again, not trying to knock it down as I think it's an EXCELLENT idea for a product (and trust me, I deal with a lot of brake dust on my F150) but, I just had some reluctancy... that's all.

RP :D

I'll second Raven's opinion. I don't use a "wheel sealant" so I like th enew Michelin stuff. It really does do a good job with helping to prevent brake dust build up.
