Brake Dust From Hell

Beemerboy

Just One More Coat
Over the weekend I worked on this M5 and on the front rims that brake dust was BAKED onto parts of the rim

I used PB S&R at 100% let dwell and it would not budge it

I was thinking that maybe a steamer would work, don't know but I was unable to get it off on some parts

Here is the car

I washed and clayed

Polished twice on the outside SSR1 and then P-w-C
Black hole glaze by PC
EX-P by hand

rims where polished with PP and sealed with PB wheel sealant

JP...didn't take those sorry and the pic that I did take of the baked on stuff that I couldn't get out didn't turn out to clear

I had a similar instance with a set of OEM Volvo rims and nothing I used chemically would take it down. I used me steamer and got a good portion of it out, hwoever there was some premanent damage that would not come off no matter what I did.
