Bought the Hitachi, need Backing plate help

I just ordered the Hitachi from ToolsDirect.com which was $170.41 shipped. I am looking for a velcro backing plate that I can use with the Sonus DAS pads that I already have. I am also going to be getting some Optimum Polish so if I could get the backing plate and the OP from the same place that would be great.

I tried searching but I couldn't find any definite answers.

Not that I was aware of, I checked the availability in two separate places on the web page and it said that it usually ships between 1 and 3 business days. So they had better have them in stock or I'll buy a different brand elsewhere.
 
S Brake, keep us posted! There are quite a few people here with Hitachis on back order. Would be great to hear that they're actually shipping.

I am in Provo, I've been detailing for a few years now but I really want to improve at paint correction so I'm hoping that the Hitachi is in stock.
 
I have confirmed that they are back ordered until August so I have requested that my order be cancelled. I have contacted a board member about purchasing a makita from him, we'll see how that turns out.
