Nice house! I'm holding off building a house due to the fact I'm finishing up college and don't plan on being anywhere near NY because of the taxes and lack of high paying jobs. I'm also heading off on my own business hopefully tomorrow so I don't want the risk. If my business takes off I'll stay here but it's "plan B" for now.
