Bold N Bright is awesome but i would never clean tires that way. I hope you plan on using a wheel/tire cleaner. :stick

While I love Bold N Bright the only complaint I have with it is it doesn't last as long as some other stuff I have used. In a heavy rain storm it washes off fast, I guess because its a water base product but imo the look is second to none thats why I still use it. I also use it on the outside trim and mirrors it looks awsome. I just bought some trim restorer to try out I hope it looks as good as Bold N Bright does. poorboy rocks!

Bold & Bright is great!!...One of my favorite tire dressings, I especially like the satin non greasy look/feel:

Here is B&B on the tires and running board & PB's Wheel Sealant on the wheels

im liking the bnb on those tires.nice pic thanks for posting it.

If I might suggest, you may want to clean the tires with an old cheap MF or terry rag and some APC before hitting them with the dressing....

I believe that was the whole point of the thread:yes: Patrick was showing how to clean RWL's without using water:)
The cleaners were put into BnB for this very reason. When we developed the products initially we were aiming at the show car customers who had driven to a show and needed to do a quick cleaning in a field or parking lot before judging time, (as is also the case of Spray and Wipe) :D Personally I would use Spray and Wipe prior to the BnB cleaning to remove excess dirt.;)

Did you get that idea from something Patrick said?
Maybe even the first line in his first post.

Well, yeah, that too. My whole point of suggesting that was to say that no matter how much of any "cleaners" were put into BnB, my personal opinion is that they aren't adequate in alot of cases... or at least not enough so to deliver the level of clean that *I* like to have before I dress/seal anything. BnB is a good dressing, no doubt; but its cleaning abilities are greatly diminished when it is designed to serve two functions at once. That's just personal preference for me, though.

As far as I'm concerned, nothing will ever beat having a good APC in the arsenal to clean things thoroughly before treating/dressing/protecting. Still no water needed -- I fully understand the whole "waterless" point of this thread. ;)
