Body Shop Recommendation in the Scranton, PA Area?

Hi Everyone,

A friend of mine sustained some minor damage to his rear bumper cover. There are some cracks, potentially in the plastic, and I feel it is outside of my area of expertise to try to attempt a repair myself. Unfortunately, I don`t have the faintest idea who to trust in this area; I have mainly had mediocre to terrible experiences with body shops around here when I worked full-time as a detailer. This would be an out-of-pocket repair.

I think we are looking for quality versus convenience, so suggestions on anyone near Wilkes-Barre, Scranton, or generally in that area who does quality work would be greatly appreciated.

Nothing is fool proof, however select a shop that is I-CAR silver or gold certified. Their techs at least have to attend supplier schools and keep up to date on new materials, processes and manufacturers repair processes.
