BMW Ink covered with Zaino

Great job on the detail Chris!!

There is so much metallic that you would swear it's blue.

Definitely interested in hearing more about the Dynabrade.

Keep up the awesome work!!

Thanks Rick! The metallic in that color is awesome. It works well with the curves/creases in the body of this car. I may do a Dynabrade write up one day.;)

Hi there, I have a question. After a complete paint correction, how long can it last before the next application. My concern is the clearcoat thinning out...what happens then. REPAINT????

If you take care to properly wash the car not causing new damage to the surface you extend the need for polishing. If you take it to the local car wash or don't wash it properly yourself then you will need to polish more often. This car was *lightly* polished and could likely have the same treatment a few times each year and still have the paint last many years.

Thank you SpoiledMan. I just bought my new 2008 300c srt in black and already it has clearcoat fine scratches with very minor swirls in some areas. Similar to the BMW's condition, but not as bad.The dealer did wash it for me(unfortunately) but seriously, how bad can they scratch it after only one WASH?

I waxed it with liquid MOTHERS 100% canuba wax...still notice the clearcoat scratches in some areas. I want them gone PLEASE HELP!

Start by doing some searching and reading around here. Understand that process makes more of a difference than product. Decide how much you're willing to spend and try to stay close to that number. Keep in mind that you *will* need a machine and some pads to start. If you start a thread asking for help then you'll get a lot more responses than just mine.:)

Do you not think I can get rid of these marks by hand polish only?

While it is possible you'll get better results by machine and you won't have useless arms when you're done.:D
