Is Blackfire Wet Diamond good for Gold Metallic Paint? Are there better products for this type of paint?

I recently purchased blackfire, but I haven't used it yet ...

I have had great success with EZ-Creme/Jet Seal x2/Pete's 53 combo on metallic paints.

If you are on a limited budget, collinite 845 works awesome on metallic paints and gives incredible protection.

metallic gold is somewhat difficult to make it stand out, so proper polishing is key.

Good luck,

Im sure it would look great. You could also give DWG a try underneath it.

IME, 845 has the ability to mute metallic paints a bit.

I'm sure it would look fine, however, I seem to notice a "toned down" appearance with WD on light metallics. Glossy and deep, but doesn't have the wetness or POP on those colors as it does on darker metallics and solids.

On my gold car, Collinite 845 and 476 both provide the wetness and "thick" gloss that I am looking for.

Another option is 4* UPP. It has attributes similar to the BFWD (ease of application/removal, slick, etc.) but a different look. Glossy but "brighter" and looks quite nice on light colors with or without metallic or pearl.
