I would use the sealant as a base then put the spray over it. Respray everytime you was. I would not put a sealant back over top of the spray. There should be no reason too since you are simply protecting the sealant's durability with the aerosol spray.
Sealants normally do not not like to lay on top of carnauba based waxes.

You can use Wet Diamond and apply it over the carnauba spray but you may not get as good as a bond as you would on bare paint. I recommend putting a base down first, that way you can focus on maintaining the base and don't have to worry as much about secondary coats bonding.
