black viper restore

I have been Working on this car for awhile.i have spent more time and money on it then i have ever wanted to. it was used as a race car now its just a fair weathered cruiser.it has full 5 point bucket seats and 700hp v12 street legal!!!!!

wet sanding with 3m trizact sanding disks 3000 and 5000

used megs mf and lc mf buffing pads and megs da

then polished with cg blacklight and topped with bfwd

That looks great!!! How many weeks did it take you to finish?

if you look at it wrong it will scratch.is why it not finished. paint was hard as a rock. but will mar very easy.

Thanks all,glad everyone likes it. a lot of hours on it. i still have some tweaks to apply. like polishing the windshield and the road rash was awful.rocks at a 100mph plus. the front fenders and nose had to be repainted as well as hood had some old repairs that were fixed. the first time the guy at paint store gave me the wrong black. i ask for ppg paint he gives me something different.after it was cleared you could tell it didn't match.so glad painter was a friend.the Dr.Colorchip works great and i had no problems with there paint matching at all.anyone that has doubts about using it look at doors and rear fenders and tell me if you can tell where it was fixed and i am no painter.
