Black SS 2 stage paint correction detail

Well the bottles are all sitting here. The car is only 8 months old so not alot of remediation to be done.

Have been using various waxes over Klasse and it really looks great.

Am I going to be disappointed if I only do two coats of Z2?

Yea, you can get great results out of just two coats. I remember way back when I started using Zaino and had just applied the very FIRST coat, I was floored. I had stripped years worth of Meguiar's waxes off so the difference between the two was incredible. Did you get ZFX? If so, why not do three coats of enhanced Z2? 3 coats of the enhanced Z2 will knock your socks off! Just be prepared for these....

After two coats you can easily enjoy the Zaino shine, just wait till you layer 30 or more coats and you'll never want to use anything else!

:xyxthumbs

I've just started using Zaino. I have 2 coats of Z5 on one vehicle, and one Z5 plus one Z2 on another. I haven't done the first Z7 wash yet. After I finished the older one was much better than before (had been using Meguiars), and the newer one was slick.

I think you are going to love the result with two coats. There is quite a hype with Zaino products, so just don't set your expectation 'rediculously' high that's all.

In my own experience, I was really happy with the result when I reached coat#3. :)

The Zaino smell adds to the satisfaction!!

Your Jetta picture is my daily mirror:bow

The most amazing shine on a black car I have seen.

(Off topic: There were some interesting argument on bimmerfest.com detailing forum over Zaino.

You and Detailking might want to stop by once in a while to help out some fellow E46 owners. It is nice to see the standard over there raised significantly over the past couple months.)

Thanks gti. I just wish it were a pic of MY car (It's guitarman's).

I just took a quick peek at the bimmerfest forum and after reading for about 5 mintues, I started getting a headache. They should call that place the "Let's debate Zaino forum". :D

BTW, in case any of you were wondering where our very own Ripsnort went, he's got almost 1700 posts there!

He..He...I knew you would get a headache the first time you visit there......

But a lot of them are new E46 owners who doesn't know what a clay bar is, 2 bucket wash, what mitts to use, etc.....

Here's some encouragement. My supercharged GTP is 4 months old and I just stripped the stuff the dealer put on it:

2 coats of Z5 and one coat of z2

GTI, yeah. I was pretty dismayed at some of the assumptions made (incorrectly I might add) not only about Zaino, but also about MF towels, Quick detailer, and a few other things.

But I must admit, the forum is pretty tame considering how divided the people are (pro-Zaino and anti-Zaino). What's funny is the amount of people over there that haven't even tried a certain product (esp. Zaino) but are busy bashing it. :)

Woah that Jetta could be used as a mirror. How would Zaino look on a Titanium X-type (similar to BMW's Steel Gray)? I currently use Blitz on it but I want more shine!

Try running a search with "zaino" and "pic" in the terms...might turn up some better pictures than I did w/my quick 2-sec. search.

[edit:]hmmmm, now that's interesting...a double/partial post! wow, how'd I do that??[/edit]

<strong class='bbc'>Intermezzo: do you post over at corvetteforum? I saw the exact same Jetta pic over there, but under a different name. Just curious. [/b]</blockquote>Steve, yes. But I believe the owner of that car posts here too. Last I heard, that car's got 30 coats of Zaino. Neck and neck with William 420!

:D I just reached 30 yesterday mid-night so that Jetta owner must have more coats by now. However, it looks like he got a lot better reflection. Time to work my way up 30 more coats. LOL.
