Click the link on my signature for a pic of my wifes's Si with RMG and CMW.

that Si has a similar blue color (though the Si is metallic and mine is not) and you really made it look great.

I am itching to try the clearkote products now.

The CMW on the Si looks as wet (or wetter) than Nattys Blue, which has taken the prize in terms of wetness/gloss in my eyes.

Same as everyone else here, guaranteed. ;)

I guess that's part of the autopian disease/addiction. The finish can always be a little better, a bit more shine, more wetness, etc. And there are always new products.

After reading this board for the last few months, I now have three boxes of supplies in my garage. Now I need to head down to home depot and get a garage cabinet to store this stuff neatly.

I have used CMW, Natty's blue and Liquid Souveran on the SI. All over VM and/or RMG.

I like each of them, but use the liquids more because they are so easy to apply by machine.

lsb is such a fantatsic colour,...it shows so many different hues in different lighting conditions,...im thinking of getting one myself...one question however ...do you find the colour deepens significantly when you apply polish and wax as in some pics ive seen lsb can seem very very light pastel-ish blue

you're absolutely right. LSB (laguna seca blue) changes due depending on the ambient light conditions. Some sealants make it look more pastel-ish (UPP, EX-P, maybe FMJ which I haven't tried yet), and then carnaubas make it look deeper/darker (souveran, S100, OCW are the ones I've used so far).

these first two pics are taken within a couple days of each other -- same products on the car (AIO>SG>souveran), but in the smaller pic, it was 4pm and in the big pic it was 11am.

LSB is really a great color -- I love it.

finally, if you're considering an M3 coupe then look at interlagos blue (only available on the coupe with the competition package) -- it's stunning:

:xyxthumbs

yup -- I love it too.

Too bad you can't get the interlagos blue with the convertible.

That's a shame about the F430s but your M was there to save the day. I know exactly what you're talking about. It seems that's all I see are the defects in my paint. It is like a disease. You took the words right out of my mouth.

You can, I've seen it in person. It's just a special order.

BMW won't say no when you're ordering a $50k+ car. They'll just charge you a small fortune to do it.
