I realize without you seeing it this would be a hard question to answer, but do you think I'll need to pickup a wool pad?
I'm detailing a black Escalade tomorrow and the owners daughter brushed up against it with her car putting several white paint trails down the side although it doesn't appear to be much more than on the surface (fairly thick in some places). It was pretty dirty so I couldn't really tell if the paint was broken.
Here's what I have to work with:
*Rotory
*3M Perfect-It III Rubbing Compound, 05933
*3M Perfect-It 3000 Swirl Mark Remover, 06064
*3M Perfect-It 3000 Final Finish
I have 3M pads, white for compound, blue for swirl remover and black for final finish
I will be using P21S carnuba to finish and probably some CG Extreme Shine prior to that
If it comes out like I hope, I'll post before and after pics
