Well here is my first attempt ever at detailing as well as my first time ever using a PC and Menzerna. Products used were Z7, Z18, Menzerna IP & FPII, followed up with Z1, Z2, and Z6.

Thanks for all of the compliments. I am really pleased with this being my first time ever detailing. The pads I used were the Sonus DAS pads. I think next time I will try some Poorboys EX instead of Zaino and spend some more time on the wheels, windows, and interior.

You rock dude. That's the second post this week of a first detail on Black and you both pulled it off very cool. Black is unforgiving and I usually tell folks to detail a different color first. But then again when I started detailing I didn't have Autopia to turn too, lol. Just curious was it Pro (White top) or the old Z2?

Good job on a black car. How long did the whole process take? did you detail the interior too.

Thanks Burlyq and X-Trail! I used the old Z2 and it took roughly 10 hours to get the car to the point it is at now. I have not detailed the interior at all yet, but I might try to do that this weekend if I have some time.
