Hey guys, havent posted any pics in a while so here is some new pictures of my truck. I just had 2.5" leveling kit put in with 18X9 Eagle Alloy wheels and 325/60/18 Toyo A/T (33").

My process was:

- Wash with Eagle one

- Klasse AIO via PC with white polishing pad

- Meguiars #16 by hand

- AA on tires and inside wheel wells

- Vanilla Moose on chrome wheels.

The paint was in good shape since I had polished about 1 month earlier with #83 and #80.

Thanks for all the positive feedback guys. It feels good since I spent so dam long working on the truck!

Detail Girl - The tires are great. They are almost as quiet as the stock ones.

Did you have Jason at 50 do the work? They are moving down to the end of Lag soon. Denray ****ed them over with their contract for the building. I parted ways with them a while back, I'm not sure if I like them anymore.

We need to meet up for a detail day. Get you to bring some different pads for me to try so I can see if the Meg's are worth the extra money. We can try some of our different products too.

Let me know if you can one day.

Steve

Looks great, that leveling kit makes a huge difference. What did you use, spacers or coilovers? I believe the F 150 is independent in front.

I can't believe the rake they put on the F 150's from the factory. I mean, I thought my Tacoma was bad, but man. Now your truck looks like the old addage "it should have come that way from the factory". Its amazing how a small stance difference combined with wheels and tires totally changes the look (and feel) of a vehicle. I just went up 2.5" in front w/coilovers and 1.5" in back and it looks and handles completely different. Good work !

I have the same tires on my tundra in 275/70/16.... I love em. mine are also blackwall...

Nice work on the truck. love the exaust...

Buick Guy - 50 below was gone when I bought my wheels and tires. Plus, 50 below wouldn't get me the wheels I wanted because they said that Eagle Alloys are cheap and they refused to bring them in for me. The guys at 50 below treated me poorly. I called them a number of times for quotes on wheels and tires and they would never return my phone calls.

I ended up buying my Toyo's from Brian at Denry Tire, and he gave me a good deal with good service. Denry also installed my leveling kit. I got the wheels from WPG wheel works.

blackcaraddict - My front end is lifted 2.5" using spacers. They were very cheap, and the install was cheap. The ride is now rougher than stock, but its a small price to pay. I may also add a 1.5" Leaf in the rear to give it a little rake.

I agree. They seem to never agree with you on something, and never return phone calls. Thats why I left them.

Nice, I notice this version of F150 doesn't have the sweeping curves of the model I detailed a few months back. I think i preferred the older shape (I should add, that is still a beautiful truck! :) ) - those are some awesome wheels!
