Nice work on the black paint. I'm really impressed at how the CF hood cleaned up. From the pics, I wouldnt have been suprised to see some etching left behind.

C'mon Boss...

You know they didn't have coil packs back in MKI days! It IS a very clean swap though, now the whole thing is clean. It looks better than my '07 Rabbit.

I think my old boss got a criminal speeding ticket in that car... is the owner a VW/Audi mechanic? I can't picture there being more than one black Rabbit with a 1.8t in Maine.

Yeah he used to work at clair now he owns E2auto. Its probably the same car. I had to fight off the urge to not get one myself driving it over

Yeah, I know. I ask questions now and try to figure it out later.lol I just didn't bother looking at the engine pic in depth. Good catch. And to be honest with you, I think I missed the engine pick the first time aorund.



It is a clean swap. I absolutely want a MK1, MKII or a Rabbit Pick-up with a 1.8T swap. I will get one!
