hey everyone just wanted to talk about a decision im making ...for starters ive had alot of back problems lately and im taking a break .. recently i had an epidural injection and it made me feel great . so i detailed a car to see what it would do .it messed me up ..i just got married and financially were fine .i dont need the money .i have a good full time job.but i really miss the challenge.. ive started selling products and ive been putting detail kits together . so im going to try to get more into sales ..im not getting rid of my stuff .its all brand new . i sold my buisness/customer list/complete setup . and bought all new stuff and started over where we live 25 miles away in tulare .. anyway this is new for me not hustling work but im going to layoff for awhile .. im already bored :dnaughty:dnaughty

Well, sorry, or congratulations--whichever you prefer. The body is a temple that doesn't alway submits itself to service.

yes the nu finish stays .. also id like to mention that because i mentioned im selling products that im not trying to sell to sell to dc members ..im small time and respect the people that sponsor dc . someday if im sucessful maybe i could be a sponsor . i was sharing the direction my body is sending me in .. i would like to stay involved in detailing somehow but if im not succesful another door will open ..I learned to detail here and respect the sponsors personally and professionally and meant no disrespect .. im getting another injection in a few weeks and ill see how it goes after that . i hope i can get back to detailing cars again ..

Good luck with the sales Bigron !!! I can relate to the back pain, I tore up my hip pretty bad about 2 weeks ago in the gym. Buffing the rocker panels on a black car this morning was pretty painful.

Hopefully you recover 100%.

Thanks dean . im a pretty stubborn guy but ive got to look at the big picture .is a couple hundred bucks worth the misery im in after doing cars worth it ?NO i love detailing but i dont want to end up crippled ..thanks again

It's good to hear that you're doing well enough financially to be able to make this decision. I hope you get everything straightened out with your back so you're able to return to detailing.

Take the winter off Ron and your back will be better for it...or at least take the cars when the weather is sunny....That's what I am going to do....these cold morning starts are no fun!

thanks beemer ..funny i remember a few winter mornings i had no biz detailing ..thawed out hose then turned my driveway into a slab of ice :crazy:then i slipped and fell and hurt my wrist stopping my fall ... i knew i was an idiot but kept going anyway:crazy: ill probably be detailing soon with a back brace and a morphine drip ...

Something you might want to look into would be a "Kidney Belt" like those used by moto-cross racers.
They are very good for a little extra support without being confining.
I'm not endorsing the vendor shown in the link although I do think they are a good one.
Fox Racing Inc

Sorry Ron, I couldn't resist :notme: :lmfao :rofl

Hate to hear about your back. You definitely need to take some time off and heal up.

Good luck in your endeavors and congratulations on the marriage! :bigups
