All of the scents have the Squash base scent but are tweaked a little to give a unique smell. The best word I can use to describe the Squash scent is fresh. The biggest difference between the scents is the type of dispenser it comes in or the color. Even the Squash Air rep said there wasn't a big difference between most of their scents.

The blue LC Grout Sponge is the BEST wash meduim. I have been playing with one for about a month and it rocks!

What's the shipping policy for Canada? I couldn't seem to find it on your website.

We ship all international orders via USPS either the 6 - 10 day or 3 - 5 day options. USPS seems to be the cheapest when it comes to fees and duties compared to FedEx, UPS, etc.

Yeah Paul, that's the main reason why i'm looking somewhere else for my product.

Since we are from Canada, shipping is EXTREMELY expensive at DI ...



Just an idea ...

When there is a special sale with 'free shipping in 48U.S states" ..... there should be also a special for Canada shipping charge ... i mean, if you can say FREE for U.S. ... you absolutely can say "half of habitual shipping prices for Canada' (Canada or somewhere else)

The reason we do not offer shipping promotions with USPS orders is because there is a lot of manual work that goes into filling out all of the required customs forms and making a separate trip to the Post Office (no USPS International pickup at our warehouse).



Our US orders with FedEx whether there is 1 order in cue or 500+, can be run in less than 5 minutes since we have everything automated.



No, it is not economical to order 1 item from us, I've said that before. We do get quite a bit of Canadian professional detailers ordering from us in bulk and they save quite a bit on larger orders.



Hope this clears some things up.

Too bad I just dropped $1000 between the surgeon and hospital for my upcoming surgery.

Just a suggestion, perhaps revise your website (if you haven't already) so that aspect of your shipping policy is stated clearly somewhere. I couldn't find it when I looked last week. Letting Canadians know that information up front will help with buyers confidence and all that.
