Big thanks to groebuck !!!

Clean Dean

Keep it clean !!!
A while back DC member groebuck offered me some Poorboy's SSR3 after I expressed an interest in trying the product.

As most DC members probably know by now that groebuck and I like breaking each other chops, and we enjoys each others sick sense of humor. Well the SSR3 arrived this week and along with it came a t-shirt that could only summarize groebuck's sense of humor. Whats with Yoohoo???

WOW that's an original bottle ..it still has the paper label too:bigups...a true collectors item:D just like the t-shirt:lmfao

Oh yeah and not only is that a collectors bottle, it was bottled and labeled by Dwayne himself from a gallon, during a backorder period when I ran out:cool

I hope you have a roll of TP nearby :lmfao ya know a little fiber goes a long way :rolling :lol :lmfao

Sadly...

My arms are much smaller than when I last competed in 1999, and even more sadly is my diminishing hairline !!! :(

Clean Dean are you thinking about compiting again ? Doing the bulking cutting stages again and gaining back what you might have lost since 99. ?

AHH AHH - he's possesed by SATAN! ;) - red eye will get ya every time :lol

AND - if your wearing socks with sandals in that pic I'm driving up to NJ to kick your butt - guns or no guns!

No problem intel - no matter how big they are I find my patented "nut punch" tm works great!

Note to self do not fight groebuck. Remember, the bigger they are, the harder they fall and louder the thud when hitting the ground.

CD,
I look forward to hear your thoughts on SSR3. Cool shirt.

HAHa. funny picture man. i never used ssr or any poorboys stuff yet. is it cheaper and better than the 3m and meguiars stuff i use now. peoole see what i have on my shelves when the walk into the shop and everyone knows anything 3m makes is good and i like alot of the stuff they make. (finish restorer, glaze, machine polish and the two part compound) and then they see meguiars stuff and i mean alot of it . i buy it by the case from the auto parts store. and i have the meguiars banner in the second bay of my shop. does anyone honestly think i should get a few things from them and try them out. Or is my stock good enough. thanks

I have used all three, Poorboys, 3M & Megs. I have to say that PB is better than 3M and as good or better than some of the Megs products. Order some of PB polishes and swirl removers. You will be impressed :bigups .

zesty-man

My greatest powerlifting totals were unfortunately at my highest weight. When I was playing college football I peaked out at a weight of 290 lbs !!! I was benching over 450 and squatted about 700 my deadlift was also near 700.

Those were the days... Today I rep out 10 at about 275 lbs. I no longer squat or dead lift regularly, because of my schedule and my inability to recover as fast as I did back in the day.

Fr0zen ... Competing again.. as of now NO WAY !!! But I can never rule out the future. I competed in 2000 at about 220 lbs, and I now weigh between 225-230, and I estimate I lost about 8-10 lbs of lean body mass.

Too many cars out there that need detailing to worry about bodybuilding !!!

HOLY SH!T........ id be happy if i could bench half of 450 me senior year in high school. was 450 your max, or your 10 reps (please be your max...). that is friggin nuts. what collge did you play football for, and what position??? man, you must have been HUGE!!!! were you up for a heisman???

maybe you and nick c. can get together and play some football sometime :).

450 MAX !!!

No Heisman candidate here!!! I played 2 season at a Division3 college in NJ (Kean University). I started out as a defensive end and my second season I was a defensive tackle. I was good enough to start, but I was a little too short and slow to ever be a Division 1 standout. I also wrestled 2 years in college, prior to discovering that I enjoyed partying way to much to compete in sports!!! :lmfao

Luckily, I graduated with a BA in Political Science/Criminal Justice. Had a GREAT TIME !!!
