Big ol' Cyclo just arrived....

Heh heh, knew I'd post on this thread, huh?

Mosca- Save the Cyclo box, it works pretty well for storage (I never did get a proper case for either of mine, even after all these years).

Thumper- I dunno...I have situations where I need a rotary, but most of the time I use the Cyclos. More than the rotary and my PCs combined. In fact, the Makita just sits in the box unless somebody does something terrible to one of the cars (my wife and I just don't mar the paint enough to ever need its power) and that hardly ever happens. Might be different for a pro, but even then I'd much rather use the Cyclo than a PC, certainly prefer it enough to swallow the purchase price.

I definately go for my Cyclo before the rotary the majority of the time too. I'm just saying if someone already has an orbital of sorts I'd get a rotary next. The Cyclo however is probably one of the greatest tool purchases I've ever made.

OK, that clarifies your position for me. Hope I didn't sound all :argue or anything.

I can't really argue with the PC/rotary combo, it *can* handle anything and when you need a rotary, well, you need a rotary.

I'd just consider the Metabo or Fein, etc an extension of the trinity unless of course you also get that hybrid Makita "thing-a-ma-gin" ;)
