Is there any advantage in buying the non concentrate version. I am almost out of the 64oz jug I bought of the Waterless Wash. Looks like the 16oz of Waterless Wash Concentrate can make about 64oz+, So I was just going to dump the bottle of it in my 64oz jug and fill the rest of it with distilled water.

This would make it a little strong is that ok?

16 ounces diluted 4:1 makes 80 ounces of product ready-to-use. The only disadvantage would be if you used tap water as some of the polymers will begin to attach to the solids in the water making it a little less effective. Dilute it will purified water and enjoy.

Distilled and purified is the same right?

The difference between purified water and distilled water is that purified water has been filter. It may include different minerals that naturally exist in water. Now distilled water is what you would put into your iron. Distilled water contains absolutely nothing. It is just pure H2O and when it's boiled will leave behind no impurities or any type of minerals. But it is great for cleaning purposes.
