Better to layer #26 or #16? Does the paste / liquid change the effectiveness of layering?

It's that wetness I'm looking for.

Well, plenty of people will claim you can't layer carnaubas, period.

Generally, liquids are less likely to layer because they have more solvents.

When I use #16, I find that a second application, after maybe a week, improves the vehicle's appearance. Can't say about the #26, haven't used it in ages.

I think that the #16 will give you the "wetness", whereas #26 would give you more "richness" and "depth".

I just bought some #16. It seems awfully "creamy" for a paste. I would imagine that it has a fair amount of solvents in it (for a paste)?

LightngSVT- I dunno about the solvent level being especially high, the "paste that turns liquid" thing is just a (unique?) characteristic of the #16.

thinkweb- Your call. It's like saying you have a case of Pepsi, and asking if you should buy some Coke :D They *are* rather different, though.
