Got a call from a buddy of mine about having his mothers 2005 Blazer done. Someone had kicked the door, and left a big footprint on it. Wanted it protected as well, but when it arrived, it was hella swirled after only 4000 miles.
Processes:
Paint:
SSR 2.5 via rotary and cutting pad at 1500 rpm x2.
Automagic GS1 (medium cut) via rotary at 2000RPM via polishing pad.
Sonus Sfx2 via PC at 6 via polishing pad
Megs #80 via PC at 4 on polishing pad.
Collonite 476S x2
Trim/Tires:
Automagic Dress it Right
Poorboys Natural Look on rear tire
Poorboys Trim Restorer
Before (lookg like crap though. Don't show the swirling because the vehicle was wet at the time):
Afters: (drools)
Look at this probably 20 year old bottle of tire cleaner:
Whoa thats shiney
