best ways to detail

can anyone recommend wyas to detail van's roof ? I 'm not tall enought to reach parts of the roof for washing and all that.



Wonder if anyone else have any good suggestions.

I carry a small folding step stool for reaching the top of high vehicles.

Get something to step on. We have an Odysee too and I cant reach the middle of the front windshield. I use a 5 gallon bucket to help me out.

I use a folding plastic Rubbermaid step stool to reach the top of my mini-van. It is lightweight and folds for easy storage in my garage. I bought it at Menards, a midwestern chain similar to Home Depot.



A side note, some Menards sell Stoner products, such as Invisible Glass and Xenit.

A two step step ladder is probably your only option, also, when your reaching hard to reach areas, you have a tendancy to hold on to something, make sure whatever you hold or lean on with , is covered with a cotton towel, or you will inevitably leave fingermarks.
