Best Wax for Black Audi?

I'm new to the detailing arena, and need some help selecting the best wax for a Black Audi A4 B7. Im getting ready to do some minor paint correction with the Menzerna products, but still not sure what wax to use. I'm not looking to spend 100's of dollors either.

Take a look at Pinnacle Souveran for a great wet look on black. Some other nice choices are Poorboys Natty's Blue, P21S 100% Carnauba and Dodo Juice has a bunch to choose from too.

Well, its not a wax, but I use Zaino products on my 2009 black S5. The shine is mirrorlike.

A lot of people around here will tell you that it looks "plasticky," and you can use other products to obtain a better "depth." (Sorry about the quotes). And they may be right.

But if you want shine, I recommend Zaino.

If you have minor swirls, OCW is great. I just got a dark blue A4 and haven't had time to polish it out yet. The OCW hides the previous owners mistakes very well. The paint looks like you could just jump in.

IMO, depth looks much better on dark cars. Save the shiney sealants for silver/white.

If you're looking for a budget wax, try Poorboys Natty Blue. Under $20 and I am very pleased with it on my black car. I'd put a sealant down first, though.

you could try s100, its the best looking wax ive tried. beads like collinite too. nice deep look. slickness doesnt last as long as others though. s100 even makes my beige car look nice and wet.i like to put 2 coats on over a sealant.. i get asked about where i take my car to get it detailed, or what i use more often after using s100 than anything else. you can get it at harley davidson dealers for like 15-20 bucks

I agree with both jDizzle or Gig103. Both are cheap and look excellent on black. The S100 is available at your local harley davidson, so its pretty easy to obtain.
