Best Temperature to Detail

After reading about some people back east trying to polish,wax, etc their car in temperatures around 20-40 degrees, I was wondering what the ideal temp and humidity would be to polish & wax a car. Given that products will differ, I have found if it's too hot in the summer, my car dries before I get it wiped down, after washing. Ant ideas on the ideal condition or limits (too hot, too cold).
 
I've found around 60 is nice for me and the car. If its warmer, ok...just do it in the shade without the sun blasting on you or the car. Otherwise, I've washed and detail in 15 degree weather before. I used hot water, was probably the most interesting detail I've done :)
 
Since we rarely seem to have "ideal weather", I'd rather do it in cooler temperatures than hot temperatures. Nothing like dripping sweat on a freshly coated panel!
 
I will wax at 32*F if I have to, but I won't polish/clay unless it's over 40*F. I'll also tend not to do much on the car (I'll still go kayaking :D ) when it's above 90*F.
 
I've had trouble with wax applied at 5C (40F); it did not cure properly and collected a lot of dirt. I had to clay the whole car again less than 2 weeks later.
