Sorry...I was installing a new back door all day

LOL, I wasn't referring to you, Steve. If you check my post, both Big Leegr and Jaybs95 got in almost identical replies before me. :D

Joe.p what plops out the QW+? I don't use a sprayer just pour it on a foam pad and wipe away! My QW+ is not thick its kinda thin >>>>

Can't get mine to properly come through the sprayer. when it comes out It plops out "Uhh" you think i rock  ..

That's why we changed it to QW+ from QD+ and removed the spray part...like Harry said it's best to either apply with a pad or on the pc...spraying can be a mess:rolleyes:

Hey Dad, don't yell ,you sent the sprayer not me ;)

Here's a picture of what QD+ (now QW+) can do on an oxidized black Ford roof.

Ranger had never been polished. Done by hand, rather quickly. (I did half the roof, then decided to do just the little circle in front of the QD+ bottle for illustrative purposes on the remaining oxidation. ;) )

Sorry for the cr@p quality, but hey! I'm moving into the 20th century slowly. Maybe I'll even end up with a digi cam before the end of the decade! :)

Big Leegr, Thanks for the illustration. I would have never thought to use my QD+ (old bottle/version) in that manner. What type of applicator did you use to cut through the oxidation "rather quickly"?

I think that one was done with a terry cloth, but it could have been a MF. It was done about year ago, so I'm not quite sure.
It can be used via PC too.

I suspected a terry. And, yes, I noticed in PB's post upstream the mention of a PC application. Again, I wouldn't have thought to use it in that manner either. Learn something new, eh (I loved the movie Strange Brew :D )?

Thanks for some replies.. I dont have that bad of oxidiztion as in the pic of the red car.. but its very light..

last time i posted a link they removed it.. but this isnt a commercial site so im gonna try it again.. you can go here for pictures www.97blackcobra.com its my personal webpage of my car.. thanks

Sorry I didnt come back sooner and make a reply.. I've been kinda busy the last couple days.

Also I use an orbital, sometimes I will do the car by hand, but with the oxidization coming back i said for what its worth im gonna do it with orbital to make it faster.

I think after reading numerous posts and looking at the poorboys website I think I have made a choice on a couple items .. .

I think I will be getting the SSR2, Polish with Carnauba (blue), & then finish it with EX Sealant..
