Im using megs now, and cant complain, although when the adapter issue with the edge pads gets figured out im probably going to start using them

The Edge E2K DA adapter issue appears to be resolved with the introduction of the shortened brass version.

Good question! I was going to call Dwayne and ask the same thing.
I am ready to order the polisher and edge pads with the new disconnect. Do you have a package for us?

Also, what counterweight is needed for the edge system? And which one comes with the 7424?

I've had very good luck with Lake Country pads. The 6.5" (some vendors call them 7.5") curved edge pads are my favorite. They work well and I've never experienced a problem.

ok, i just ordered a 7424 from dwayne along with a blue polishing pad and 2 finishing pads and a velcro backing plate. Add that to the klasse sealant glaze and microfiber towels and drying cloth I ordered yesterday and I guess I am set. Jeez $240 is a buncha cash for car cleaning supplies. I shoulda ordered it all at once, I would not have had to pay shipping the first time.
