Best OTS APC?

I have Megs Last Touch, but I don't think its good to use it as an APC, whats the best off the shelf APC?

What exactly are you trying to do? Last Touch is an instant or quick detailer. APC = all purpose cleaner. an OTC (over the counter) APC would be something like Greased Lightning, Simple Green, Fantastik, Purple Power, etc.

Chrome, I buy Meg's APC+ at my local body shop supply store (in the gallon size).

I need it for heavy degreasing on tires, and if possible one that can be used on exterior surfaces by diluting, and for interior woolite? are all these able to be found at auto supply stores?

yes Autozone should have the Purple Power

and any place that sell Laundry detergent(food store, Walmart, ect)

will have the Woolite HE

just to add to what BigJimZ28 said, walmart has the purple power 2.5 gallon for just under $11 IIRC...
