Can any of you guys recommend a good OTC rug cleaner/foam. I ran out of Clearkote and I'm in a pinch.

Zep High Traffic cleaner is better than folex for dirty. Either one does not work well with HOT water, get pro carpet cleaners for HOT water extraction.

We use folex with our dry vapor steam and I have yet to find anything that works better.
