Best LSP for white cars?

Heh heh, there I'm afraid we *don't* agree. When somebody like lbsls1 says that Vintage gives him some special look, I don't argue. If somebody wants to spend [whatever] on something because [of some characteristic they value], it's cool with me...as long as they pay cash ;) I never argue with how anybody handles their discretionary purchases.



And I'm simply the wrong person with whom to discuss "the rich" in a derogatorily generalized way, at least the "American rich". The vast majority of the wealthy people of my acquaintance are as sensible and rational as people can be, and I'd even say that most of them are pretty tight with a buck.

I was just saying if the LSPs don't make very much difference, why are there such products that are so expensive and people willing to pay for them? Anyway, so as not to digress, thanks to everyone who made recommendations. I heard some good things about blackfire and opti-seal, too, maybe I'll give them a try. Any other recommendations will be very much appreciated.

The people here who *love* their Vintage seem to feel it's worth the money, but I guess that's primarily a matter of whether the cost is significant to the purchaser or not. For some folks, the way Vintage cleans up/sheds contamination is worth the expense, and I can appreciate that.

I found BF does a *very* noticeable darkening effect, pretty astounding IMO. Not sure how that would work out on white, never tried it. Who knows, maybe it'd be a way to get some depth out of a white paint :nixweiss

That has got to be the shiniest white vehicle I have ever seen!! :shocked
 
For any light color paint where durability is not a priority, P21S 100% carnuaba looks fantastic. If it's pearl metallic white, 1Z Hart Glanz is another eye-popper (though you'll have to wait at least an hour after application to be dazzled by the shine) - and the durability is excellent!

Kool, I just bought the P21s 100 this past weekend and waiting for shipment. I'll try it on my car first since it's also white.
