Do you dilute your Nextzett? I contacted them and the bottle can be diluted 3:1 and the 10 liter can be diluted 6:1. I still use mine neat and love it. The best glass cleaner on the market. I keep wanting to buy the 10 liter so my great grand children will have plenty of glass cleaner. Lol.
